Roger Ward is shown here with his chain-saw carving of a bear. He also carves spirit faces and participates in the carving of ChiliMania peppers.
Roger is a member of the Blackhawk Woodcarvers in Rockford in addition to the Rock River Valley Carvers.
He is active in area events including Beckman Mill, Thresharee, and is on the Committee for the Rock River Valley Carvers first annual "Woodcarving Show & Sale" on September 16, 2006.
